    Ram Srinivasan, Managing Director: Ram is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Global expansions, Market entry, Sales and Business development. Until recently, he held various leadership roles at Microsoft Corporation including running their Television, Video and Music business in India, and managing Microsoft’s engineering and development efforts.

    Before joining Microsoft, Ram has held various leadership roles across software development, product/program management, solutions delivery, customer/partner management at companies such as Oracle Corporation, Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems. Ram founded a software company Multisoft in Silicon Valley in 1997 and successfully executed a strategic merger with another valley based company. He has also consulted for and advised several start up companies in the valley and has managed several large sized worldwide programs and teams.

    Ram has a great combination of strategy, technology and execution expertise. His professional experience includes about 18 years of varied experience spanning across various domains and industries including ERP/enterprise applications, B2C, B2B, telecommunications and 3-screen entertainment. Ram is a TiE Charter Member and active in various professional forums. He has a Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics and Physics major and a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Madras, India.

    Krishna Parimi, CEO: Krishna is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Sales and Business development in North America and Europe. Prior to that, as Founder/CEO, Krishna built EzCommerce and DataEdge to become leading ERP Services providers with a focus in SAP and Oracle. At EzComerce, he orchestrated the initiatives to develop EzPharma which is now a leading All-in-one SAP solution for Life Sciences Industry. He has 16 years of C-level experience in building and running global tech companies, especially in North America and Asia. Other key achievements include establishing Offshore Development Center in India as early as 1997 with a team of 200 SAP consultants, which was later acquired by Answerthink. He was also responsible for establishing partnerships with SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft as early as 1996, when he ran DataEdge, Inc. Krishna helped a number of Global 1000 customers such as Nike, Applied Materials, Western Digital, Credence, Synopsys, IDT, Cisco and Wyeth in SAP and Oracle package implementations. Krishna is a TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Charter Member, Member Churchill Club and an active ASES Member. He has an MBA from Kansas and a Masters degree from BHU, India.
